If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please take a photo and send this to the above email for review along with your name and order number.
Our policy lasts 14 days from receipt of goods. If no effort has been made to return the items or speak to us, we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note that all customers should carefully read the measurements of our prints before ordering to avoid ill-fitting pieces. As a customer, you are responsible for ordering or requesting the correctly sized print. We will not be held responsible for incorrect measurements.
